Welcome to the BIA Baldy View Chapter Sign Program
The BIA-Baldy View Chapter has been administering the Off-Site Directional Sign Programs since 1979
throughout San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. The BIA-Baldy View Chapter currently administers a kiosk
directional sign program for subdivision tracts, apartment complexes, and other businesses in 16 cities
throughout San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties and for the County of San Bernardino's unincorporated areas.
The Sign Program will:
- Provide off-site signage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Compliment the participant's print, radio, and television advertising.
- Effectively direct the new homebuyer through the community to your project.
- Offer the homebuyer a uniform and consistent look throughout the community.
The Sign Program, as described and approved by local ordinance, will be made available to all builders,
apartment complexes, or businesses in the municipality at one price, regardless of trade affiliations.
Panel position on each individual structures will be determined on a first come, first serve basis.
If a structure is full, we try to accommodate the participant by making the structure doublewide or
by providing an additional structure, if parkway or median permits.
For more than 50 years,
the Building Industry Association's Baldy View Chapter has served the Inland Empire community. The building
industry is a vital component of the economic base in Southern California, generating billions of dollars
annually to the local economy, impacting one of every eight jobs and contributing millions of dollars in tax
revenues for federal, state and local governments. The men and women working in the building industry are
concerned with the infrastructure, environmental and social issues relating to the well being of our region
and its people. The Building Industry Association, as a voice of the industry in the Inland Empire, assumes
and maintains a vital leadership role in our region and its communities. The people of the BIA recognize their
responsibility to better communicate the industry's commitment to identify solutions to regional and community needs.
